Warranty
Products come with warranty as stipulated by the manufacturer and suppliers of those respective products, and generally range between 12 months and 2 years.
Installation
Most products that require installation are designed to be installed easily and hassle free, however we ask that you do consult the manual carefully at all times during installation.
We are not liable for any damage that occurs as a result of incorrect installation, handling, or otherwise against our advice, nor incorrect handling or installation by 3rd parties.
Technical support
We endeavour to provide comprehensive technical support for our products, and are more than happy to assist with any queries you might have.
Please contact us or the brand owners of your product if you are experiencing issues or otherwise un-expected behaviour from your item, we will assess the situation as soon as possible.
Please consult your manual carefully and operate your item as per the instructions at all times.
Returns / Replacements
If your item has a possible manufacturer fault, we may request for it to be sent back for assessment.
If your item is deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturer fault, and we cannot repair it in a timely manner, a new replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.
If it is determined that your item is not covered under warranty, we will happily offer you a replacement product at a discounted rate, however this will not be guranteed on every occassion, and at all times is offered at our discretion. Your original item may be posted back to you at your expense if you choose not to opt for a new replacement.
General Policies
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
A replacement for items meeting that description will be organised asap. We will organise to have the defective/damaged item returned to us at our expence.
Refunds, returns, exchanges
If you purchased one of our products from a 3rd party dealer, please consult them for their policy on returns and exchanges
Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind refunds or exchanges; therefore we ask that you please be certain of your purchases.
In the event that an item does need to be returned, refunded, or exchanged, these actions require approval before hand, and will only be processed according to our policies, the Australian Consumer Law, and prior approval by us.
Genuine product / immitations
If you are unsure as to whether you are dealing with an authorised dealer/reseller of any of our listed products, or whether those products may be genuine and not counterfeit, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please insure you are properly informed before making a purchase as we are not liable for products sold by unauthorised dealers, counterfeit products, or service for these products, in any way.
Courteous discourse
We will treat you with courtesy and respect and ask that we are also treated in this manner. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time and in any capcity if there is indication of harrassment, abuse, use of profanity, intimidation, or otherwise unpleasent and discourteous exchange towards our team members.
